Associate Attorney
Megan, a dedicated associate attorney, is building a practice focused on estate, trust, and guardianship litigation. Drawing on a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and client advocacy, Megan is committed to helping clients navigate complex and oftentimes sensitive disputes. She is eager to develop a deeper expertise in probate litigation and approaches every matter with a commitment to achieving practical and effective results for clients.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from The Donald P. Klekamp College of Law at the University of Cincinnati. After graduating from law school, Megan worked as an associate attorney in the oil and gas sector, specializing in title examination.
Megan is admitted to practice in Ohio (2024) and Texas (2025).

- Worked on a $4.6 million acquisition of mineral rights; examined title of the mineral estate and drafted an acquisition title opinion outlining potential title defects to client
- Performed comprehensive ownership calculations, including net mineral acres, working interest, royalty interest, and overriding royalty interests, incorporating complex factors such as depth limitations and multi-tract units
- Authored title opinions to inform clients of potential concerns regarding ownership interests, encumbrances, insufficient probate proceedings, and title defects related to each project
